Neil Wolff was instrumental in building TMU into one of the largest entrepreneurship programs in the world with over 75 different entrepreneurship-related courses and 15 full-time faculty in the Department of Entrepreneurship & Strategy. Neil was also highly involved in many business start-ups and consulting endeavours and actively mentored young entrepreneurs and lect­ured extensively on Strategic Entrepreneurship to many organizations. . 

Neil founded and ran the Growing Ontario Firms program at TRSM where he helped over 70 Ontario companies grow and become more sustainable.
